Why the World Hates Israel — The Ancient War Against God’s People

From Pharaoh to Hitler to Modern Politics: Satan’s War Against God’s Covenant Nation

🕊️ Introduction: The Rising Tide of Hatred

Across the world — in newsrooms, universities, social media, and even political movements — hatred toward the Jewish people and the nation of Israel is growing again.

Those who support Israel are labeled “Zionists,” “warmongers,” or “colonizers.” Political commentators, both liberal and conservative, now question Israel’s right to exist. From Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens on the right to nearly every major voice on the left, anti-Israel rhetoric has gone mainstream.

What was once whispered in dark corners is now shouted in public squares.
But this isn’t new. Hatred toward God’s chosen people is the oldest hatred in history — and the Bible tells us exactly why.

“And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went to make war with the rest of her offspring — those who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”
Revelation 12:17

Behind the politics, the protests, and the propaganda is a spiritual war — Satan’s relentless attempt to thwart God’s plan for redemption through Israel and the Messiah who came from her.

📖 Israel: God’s Chosen Nation From the Beginning

The story starts in Genesis 12. God makes a covenant with a man named Abraham, promising him land, descendants, and blessing to all nations through his lineage:

“I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse those who curse you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
Genesis 12:3

Through Abraham’s line came Isaac, Jacob, and eventually the tribe of Judah — the lineage of Jesus Christ Himself.
And that’s why Satan’s hatred of Israel is not about land — it’s about the LORD.

He hates the people God chose, the Messiah they produced, and the prophecies that guarantee their survival and future reign under Christ.

⚔️ The Continuity of Hatred: A Biblical Pattern

History shows that wherever the Jewish people go, hostility follows — not because of politics, but because of spiritual opposition.

Examples Through Time:

  • Pharaoh enslaved and attempted to erase Israel through genocide.
  • Haman in the book of Esther plotted to destroy the Jews.
  • Antiochus Epiphanes desecrated the Temple (Daniel 8).
  • Rome scattered them after rejecting their Messiah.
  • Hitler systematically murdered six million Jews.
  • Islamic regimes vow to “wipe Israel off the map.”
  • And even Western democracies now distance themselves from supporting God’s nation.

Anti-Semitism isn’t just history — it’s prophecy fulfilled in real time.

“You will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.”
Matthew 24:9

The enemy has always known this truth: If you destroy Israel, you discredit the God who promised to preserve it.

Israel’s Eternal Claim to the Land

The idea that “Palestine” has historic ownership of the land is a modern deception, not a biblical or historical fact.

Historical Facts:

  • The term “Palestine” was coined by Rome after 135 A.D. when Emperor Hadrian renamed Judea to Syria Palaestina to erase Jewish identity after crushing the Bar Kokhba revolt.
  • Jews have lived continuously in the land from ancient Israel, the Second Temple era, through Ottoman and British rule, to today.
  • The modern State of Israel (est. 1948) did not “occupy” foreign land — it returned to its ancestral home, fulfilling biblical prophecy (Ezekiel 36–37).

“Then say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the nations… and will bring them into their own land.’”
Ezekiel 37:21

Yet nearly every global movement — especially among non-biblical and Islamic nations — rallies around the false claim of “occupation.”
Why? Because truth exposes deception, and deception fuels the enemy’s agenda.

🕋 Islamic and Secular Hostility: The Spirit of Anti-Christ

The Qur’an teaches an enduring hostility toward Jews (Surah 5:60–66), and Islamic nations continue that legacy.
In much of modern media, the “Palestinian cause” is portrayed as moral justice — while Israel, surrounded by hostile enemies, is painted as the aggressor.

This narrative conveniently ignores history — and prophecy.

The truth is, Satan has always used false religion and secular ideology to turn the world against God’s covenant people.
It’s not a political dispute; it’s a spiritual campaign.

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and rulers of the darkness of this age.”
Ephesians 6:12

The hatred of Israel is hatred of God’s sovereignty. The “spirit of Antichrist” is not only preparing the world to reject Jesus — it’s already working to condemn the people from whom He came.

🕍 From the Cross to the Kingdom

Jesus Christ — Yeshua the Messiah — was born a Jew, ministered to Jews, and will return to Jerusalem.
The Bible is clear: the story begins and ends in Israel.

“For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.”
Isaiah 2:3

When Christ returns, He will not set His throne in Rome, Mecca, or Washington — but in Jerusalem (Zechariah 14:4, Revelation 21:2).
That’s why the world’s hatred of the Jews will grow more intense: Satan knows prophecy ends with Israel redeemed, restored, and reigning under her rightful King.

This hatred is not geopolitical — it’s eschatological.

🔥 1948: Prophecy Revived and Hell Unleashed

On May 14, 1948, Israel officially became a nation again — against all odds.
Within 24 hours, five Arab armies attacked. Yet, by God’s providence, they survived and have continued to do so through multiple wars.

“Who has heard such a thing? Can a nation be born in a day?”
Isaiah 66:8

That prophecy was fulfilled in our lifetime.
And every attempt since then — from terrorism to propaganda — has failed to extinguish what God Himself has rekindled.
Because God’s promises to Abraham are irrevocable (Romans 11:29).

👁️ The Modern Shift: Conservative Hypocrisy and Global Delusion

In recent years, voices even within conservative movements have joined the chorus of anti-Israel hate — questioning Jewish motives or spreading conspiracy theories that fuel the oldest lie of all.

Commentators like Nick Fuentes and segments of “alt-right” ideology spread toxic rhetoric that blames Jews for global corruption, ignoring Scripture’s clear command to bless them.

Even more concerning, Christian nationalism in some circles elevates earthly politics above biblical worldview — twisting theology into prejudice.

But God draws the line clearly:

“I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse those who curse you.”
Genesis 12:3

Standing with Israel is not blind nationalism — it’s biblical alignment.

✝️ Why It Matters: Israel and the End of the Story

The nation of Israel is central to biblical prophecy — from the Tribulation to the Second Coming.

Every event in history is moving toward one location: Jerusalem.

When Christ returns:

  • He will stand on the Mount of Olives (Zechariah 14:4).
  • He will reign from David’s throne (Luke 1:32).
  • And Israel will finally declare: “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.” (Matthew 23:39)

Satan’s final rebellion culminates in Israel because that’s where God’s victory will be visible to the world.

Conclusion: A War Against God’s Covenant

Anti-Semitism is not just prejudice — it is prophecy unfolding.
It’s the evidence of a world system aligned against the One True God who chose Israel, gave His Word through her prophets, and His Son through her womb.

The same hatred that fueled Pharaoh, Haman, Rome, and Hitler lives on in today’s headlines.
But God’s Word promises:
Israel will stand, and God will prevail.

“He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps.”
Psalm 121:4
